Cancellation and rescheduling policies are strictly governed by the terms outlined in your signed service contract. Care More Entertainment is not liable for cancellations or service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, "Acts of God," or venue-related issues.
